Welcome to Enter the Loop® ("ETL"), a proprietary conversational hypnosis training program offered by The World Needs You Now LLC, doing business as Timothy September. ETL teaches changework through seemingly normal conversation, drawing on principles from communication, NLP, life coaching, and conversational hypnosis.
We offer three distinct programs:
The Simple Experience: an annual membership that includes access to the ETL course library, community, The Vault, peer-run practice rooms, and monthly live coaching.
The Foundational Experience: a one-time enrollment program providing lifetime access to ETL resources plus structured live cohort training and mentor-evaluated certification.
The Expert Track with Timothy: an application-only advanced program for Certified ETL Practitioners seeking expert-level development under Timothy's direct mentorship.

By accessing our website, utilizing our training materials, and engaging with our private community, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), constituting a legally binding agreement between you and The World Needs You Now LLC. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We collect personal data solely to support your membership or enrollment, grant access to program materials, process payments, and communicate relevant promotional content and events via email or SMS. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. For comprehensive details on our privacy practices, please visit our Privacy Policy.
The specific inclusions, prices, and payment options shown at checkout at the time of your purchase govern your order. Current programs are described below. All prices are in USD.
The Simple Experience is an annual membership. It is a community membership that includes access to the ETL course library; the ongoing community, live access, and The Vault are the core product, and the training library is included as part of your membership. Two payment options may be available at checkout:
Annual plan: $695 USD per year, billed in advance, which auto-renews annually (see Section 4.3).
3-payment first-year plan: three monthly installments (currently $245 USD each) covering your first year. At the end of your first year, you move onto the standard annual subscription for continued access, which then auto-renews annually.
The Simple Experience is an annual commitment. It does not include a month-to-month plan. It also does not include the live Foundational cohort, live sessions with the founder, or facilitator feedback, which are part of The Foundational Experience.

The Foundational Experience is available as a one-time enrollment:
Single payment: $2,495 USD
Installment plan: 3 payments of $895 USD
Enrollment provides lifetime access to ETL course materials, community, Vault recordings, and live events. It also includes structured live cohort training, mentor-evaluated certification (the Certified ETL Practitioner designation), and the benefits described on our enrollment page. This program is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. It is treated as a ticket or live event purchase. See Sections 5 and 12 for applicable refund terms, and Section 6 for the Continuation Guarantee.
The Expert Track with Timothy is an advanced, application-only program. A hard prerequisite applies: completion of The Foundational Experience and the Certified ETL Practitioner credential are required. No exceptions.
Single payment: $4,995 USD
Installment plan: 3 payments of $1,750 USD
This program is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. It is treated as a ticket or live event purchase. See Sections 5 and 12 for applicable refund terms.
The Simple Experience is a recurring annual subscription. By enrolling in the annual plan, or by moving onto the annual plan after a 3-payment first year, you authorize The World Needs You Now LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file the then-current annual fee each year on your renewal date, until you cancel. We will send you a reminder before each renewal. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge, as described in Section 4.5. If you are on the 3-payment first-year plan, you also authorize us to charge the scheduled installments on their due dates.
The Foundational Experience and The Expert Track do not auto-renew. If you choose an installment plan for either, you authorize us to charge the remaining scheduled installments on their due dates.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. To cancel, contact us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your access continues through the end of the current paid billing year. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 30-day guarantee period described in Section 5.1.
We offer a 30-day goodwill guarantee on The Simple Experience (the "30-Day This Better Work Guarantee"). If within the first 30 days of your initial purchase you feel the program is not right for you, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. No participation requirements. No hoops. No hassle.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase of The Simple Experience only. It is a one-time goodwill offer per customer and does not apply to subsequent re-enrollments or renewals.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
All payments for The Foundational Experience are final. We do not offer refunds on this program. By enrolling, you acknowledge that this purchase is treated as a ticket or live event purchase. In place of a refund policy, we offer The Continuation Guarantee, described in Section 6.
All payments for The Expert Track with Timothy are final. We do not offer refunds on this program. By enrolling, you acknowledge that this purchase is treated as a ticket or live event purchase.
In place of a refund policy, The Foundational Experience includes The Continuation Guarantee, a structural commitment to your development as a practitioner.
First year (rolling 12 months from enrollment date): Upon enrollment, you receive a full year of live training included in your enrollment. With three Foundational cohorts running each year, you may attend up to three live cohort cycles within your first 12 months at no additional charge. Your first year is measured on a rolling basis from your enrollment date, meaning if you enroll after the first cohort of a given year, you are entitled to the remaining cohorts of that year plus sufficient cohorts in the following year to complete your full 12-month window.
After year one: Your lifetime access to the ETL course library, community, Vault recordings, and live events continues permanently. If you wish to re-enter a live Foundational cohort after your first year has elapsed, you may do so at the Alumni retake price of $495 USD per cohort.
The Continuation Guarantee is a value commitment, not a refund mechanism. It does not entitle participants to monetary compensation of any kind.
Registration is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Password resets can be managed through our client portal. We do not access or retain your login password.
All intellectual property within Enter the Loop®, including training materials, videos, course outlines, frameworks, session recordings, and marketing assets, is exclusively owned by The World Needs You Now LLC and Timothy September. Unauthorized use, reproduction, recording, resale, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
Users are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor within our community and live sessions. The changework taught in Enter the Loop is consensual and client-centered; using the material in a coercive, deceptive, or harmful way is a violation of these Terms. The following behaviors will result in immediate termination of your account and exclusion from our community without refund:
Solicitation or unauthorized advertising
Harassment or disrespectful conduct toward other members or staff
Sharing of NSFW, non-consensual, or otherwise inappropriate content
Illegal conduct of any kind
Sharing, reproducing, or distributing ETL intellectual property without authorization
Any conduct deemed disruptive or detrimental to the community, at our sole discretion
We encourage sharing content that adheres to our community guidelines. By posting content within our community platforms, or by submitting a recorded practice session for feedback, you grant The World Needs You Now LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for training and business purposes. Personal information will be anonymized for privacy where applicable.
Live sessions, demonstrations, and cohort calls may be recorded and added to The Vault or used for training and mentor feedback. By participating in a live session, you consent to being recorded. We will anonymize or omit identifying details on request where reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to: failure to pay subscription or enrollment fees, infringement of intellectual property rights, or conduct detrimental to our community. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
Tickets and enrollments for live events, cohorts, and live training programs hosted by Enter the Loop® or The World Needs You Now LLC must be purchased through official channels on our website. Each ticket or enrollment grants the holder the right to attend or participate in the specified program in accordance with these Terms. Seats may be limited in number.
All sales for live events, cohorts, and live training programs, including The Foundational Experience and The Expert Track with Timothy, are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, regardless of a purchaser's ability to attend or participate. Please confirm your availability and intention to participate before completing your purchase.
While we strive to conduct all scheduled live events and cohorts as planned, events may occasionally be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, enrolled participants will be notified via email and provided with options such as transferring to a rescheduled date or receiving a credit toward a future cohort. No cash refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
Participation in live events and cohorts is at your own risk. The changework practiced in Enter the Loop is for coaching and skills-development purposes and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional care. Enter the Loop® and The World Needs You Now LLC are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in any of our events or programs, unless directly caused by our negligence.
Results from ETL training vary by individual. We share genuine student experiences and outcomes, but we do not guarantee any specific result, income, number of clients, or business outcome. Any earnings or client-getting examples, including anything in the "Get Clients and Keep Them Coming Back" bonus, are illustrations, not promises, and must not be read as a guarantee of income. You are responsible for how you apply the material and for operating your own practice in compliance with the laws and professional rules that apply to you. The World Needs You Now LLC is not liable for the application of, or outcomes derived from, our training materials or methodology.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our programs is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York, in accordance with its jurisdiction and venue requirements.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting of the updated Terms on our website or upon notification to you. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
