-- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be provided.
Tickets for live events hosted by "Enter the Loop" or "The World Needs You Now LLC" must be purchased through the official channels provided on our website. Each ticket grants the holder the right to attend the specified event in accordance with the terms listed on the ticket.
All ticket sales for live events are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased, regardless of the ticket holder’s ability to attend the event. Before purchasing tickets, please confirm your availability and intention to attend the event.
While we strive to conduct all scheduled live events, occasionally, events may be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, emergencies, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and given the option to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled date or receive a credit for future events. No cash refunds will be provided.
Participation in live events is at your own risk. "Enter the Loop" and "The World Needs You Now LLC" are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during attendance at any of our events, unless caused by our negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York, adhering to its jurisdiction and venue.
